Staying in touch with friends can be difficult. You can lose contact information easily over time and you might not be able to give them a quick call to hang out anymore. The Friends Contact List can help you organize and store all your friend’s phone number and address information. You’ll have this information even when you’ve gone through multiple new phones and decades have past. This template will be right by your side when you’re ready to reconnect with your friends. Read the instructions below to learn how to use this template and get started on your path to reconnection today.
Using the Friends Contact List
Let’s start by downloading the free template file to your computer. All you need to do is click the link at the bottom of this screen to get the Contact List template.
Now for the actual data entry, you can see that each section has the same information repeated throughout.
Start by entering all the information you see on the line to the right of each item given. You can enter your friends name, address, multiple cell phones, email, and their children’s number.
You can even customize the document by changing some of the items on the list. For example, your friend may not have children, but they could have a roommate or relative that always keeps their number handy.
Another route you could take is changing the “Children” section to “Social Media.” All you would need to do is insert and hyperlink the URL of their Facebook or Twitter page and message them through that medium instead.
When you want to reconnect with your friends, you’ll simply open up this document, find their name on the list, and dial them up. You have multiple avenues to take if they don’t have their primary number anymore.
