Using the Financial Account Template

The next thing that you will need to do is enter all the recurring expenses and your main account in the first table at the top of the page. All you need to do is fill out the information already listed in the “Account” and “Goal” column with your own; the last three columns will be calculated for you.
The large table at the center of the page is where you can enter you actual expenses. The first row of this table lists the things that you will enter into each column.
When you want to enter an item, choose the account the date of the transaction, is the transaction was “split,” the category, etc. If you’re unsure of what the column is asking of you, just hover over the title with your mouse for a brief explanation.
The template will take each transaction and apply that to the summary box, where you started, at the top of the template. When you reach your set goals, the template will tell you and provide your current account information as well.
