Begin by following the link below to automatically download the free template file to your computer.
Once you have the document, open it up and select the “Running Log” tab to enter all the times you ran during the week.
In this tab, there will be a list of columns to enter information. Start by entering the date, time, distance, and pace (many apps can track this for you). This is all the information you will need to complete your log.
When you’re ready to start a new run, just move to the next row in the tab and enter the same information for that specific jog.
Your amazing new template will take all the data from this tab and give you great feedback in the “Running Record Journal” tab. When you want to see the fruits of your labor, click this tab.
The Running Record Journal” tab provides you with the trends for your pace and distance in the graph to the right. You can also see a breakdown for the number of runs you had in a month and keep a distance goal in the table to the left.
Watch as you make your way towards longer distances and shorter times. Each month will get easier and easier until you achieve your ideal level of fitness.
