How to Use the Personal Weight Tracker
The first step is to download the free template file by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
Once you open the document, you can see there is only one page to work with. The main table at the center of the page is where you will enter all your data.
To start entering your information, write down your starting weight and your goal weight in the indicated spaces at the top of the page. The template will track the information you list below and illustrate your maximum and minimum weights in this column of the document as well.
Begin by entering the date of current weight (you can choose to do this on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis). Next, enter your current weight in the next column of the document. The template will automatically calculate the amount of weight you’ve lost in the third column of the table.
The next few columns show you how many pounds you’ve gained (if that applies) and the percentages for the amount of weight you’ve lost or gained.
