How to Use the Total Sales Log
- Enter data for the Customer and Rep sheets.
- Go to the Data Sheet and select the customer ID and Representative columns from the drop-down list.
- Enter duration, purchase amount, and call date.
- Go to the Dashboard, “Sheet 5.” Select the filter from the right panels.
- Select 1, 2, or all options. You will see your customized data being displayed.
The free template offers you a variety of room and applications to play around with. We recommend that you begin with the “Data” tab and start entering your information for different customers. You can enter items like rates, contact information, etc.
Taking that one step further, you can specify certain information about your customers in the “Customer Details” tab.
If you’re an employer, you can use the “Rep Details” tab to track your employee’s information. The “P” tabs can be used to calculate the total for your employee’s clients. You can also group them together for your system.
When you have everything looking good, you can go to the “Dashboard” tab to see a review of all this information. This tab also contains your sales data in graphs and data tables. With the grand picture in clear view, there’s no end to the possibilities!
