Weekly Self-Care Checklist

Taking care of your daily schedule has never been easier! With the new Weekly Self-Care Checklist template, you can make sure you have all the proper medication and vitamins the body needs to stay healthy this year. Without all the distractions of most phone apps, you’ll be able to create a simple, printable sheet where you’re free to enter daily scheduled items. You can list your needs for these types of medications so you know when to take them. If you’re ready to use this free template, just follow the instructions that have been given below.

Using the Weekly Self-Care Checklist

There are three main sections of the template that you’ll need to fill out once you get started with this document.

To the very left of the page, you have your list of items ready to go. To change the examples given, just click the cell you want to change and write something else.

At the top, you will see the days of the week, each with their own column. Using the cross-sections of your items and the appropriate day of the week, you’ll fill in specific times that you have to take these vitamins and medications.

For example, if you need to increase your flossing, you would write down the time you want to floss. Since you’ll want to floss twice daily, you’ll have one listed at the beginning of your sheet (morning) and one at the end (night).

When you have everything on your list completed and ready to go, it’s time to print the sheet. To print, just scroll back to the top of the page and click “File” then “Print”.

With sheet in hand, just check off the items as they come and repeat this process next week.
