Using the Employee Attendance Spreadsheet

To download, simply follow the link we have provided for you at the bottom of this page.

You’re going to start by entering your employee information in the “Employee data” tab at the bottom of your opened document.
This will consist of entering their employee ID, name, title; department, hire date, and resignation date (if applicable).

Once you have your working table of employee data to choose from, go to the setup page to learn how to use the month tabs.

Consider this page a little “cheat-sheet” for making your monthly tracker calendars with changes and updates to your employee’s schedules. You can also use this tab to change how the template tracks work hours.

When you’re ready to start tracking for the month, go to the first “Month” tab and start entering their schedule in the same manner as the examples given.

You can also use the “Allocation” tab to track the number of vacation or sick days an employee has taken for the year.
