Teacher Yearly Schedule Manual

The free Teacher Yearly Schedule is available by clicking the link at the bottom of this page to automatically download the template file to your computer.

Start by looking at the structure of the document at the top of the page. You will have the periods (classes) listed at the top, with the days of the week in the first column of the Teacher Yearly Schedule. Using this setup, you will use the information you entered for the “Subject List” tab.

There is only one subject table to enter your information, just add as many subjects as you need into this column to be able to use the drop-down menus of the main tab.

Now, go to the “Long Range Plans” tab. Start by filling in the times for the periods in the blue columns at the top. For example, if the first period goes from 8:30 to 9:15, enter those times as listed in the example given.

Now, using the drop-down menus, enter the classes that you entered in the previous tab where they need to go for the certain times of the day. The weekends are already highlighted in green for you, so there won’t be any mix-ups with your schedule.

From there, it should be a simple to go from class to class each and every new semester.
