How to Use the Wedding Budget Planner
A list of instructions is conveniently located on the first tab, labeled “instructions”. The second tab serves as the base for your wedding budget. The guest list will make it easier to figure out how many tables, chairs, dinners, or anything else that your wedding might have.
By keeping track of how many guests will be attending your wedding, you can view how this will influence your finances in the “Detailed Wedding Budget” tab.
This last tab gives you a detailed list of all the significant items that are associated with most weddings. However, your day is unique, so the template is easily customizable to fit your specific needs. Once you have made all the necessary changes to the budget list on the last tab, you can see the price of your budget compared with the actual cost of your event, from the number of guests you listed. The difference from the actual cost and your budget is conveniently located on the right hand side of each table.
