Academic Note Calendar Guide

The template is very colorful and each color has its meaning and use. Diving right into it, you will begin by creating your color code off to the right. Make a legend that shows exactly what items are. You can choose blue to be a test or red to mean homework. It’s completely up to you.
When you have a specific item in mind, start by changing the color of the cell for the due date in the calendar like the examples given.
Next, you will go to the list of months below to write your item in greater detail. Just find the month and on the next blank line, write the date and the item itself.
That way you can look at your calendar, see that you have a test coming up, and then see what it’s about. Using this free template you can prepare yourself for anything that school has to throw at you.
In the bottom right corner of the page, you will also notice a helpful space to write notes. You can list helpful items like “buy a new calculator for upcoming test” or something like that to make sure you have everything you need for the school year.
