The first thing that you need to do is download the Camping Trip Memo file directly to your computer. You can accomplish this by clicking the link provided at the bottom of this page.
You will find four major sections for this template when you open the file. There is a section to write down your campgrounds, the details of that camping site (what amenities it offers you), your packing gear, and the resources you’ll need to bring with you to ensure a safe trip in the long run.
Start at the top of the document by filling out the campgrounds information. You can list the name, location, address, distance, and cost.
The next section gives insight into what gear you might want to bring with you. For example, if you have a fishing pond in your campsite, you might want to bring some fishing gear.
The next table is pretty straightforward. You can just enter the camping gear you want to bring with you based on your activities.
The last section is just for listing helpful items that will make the trip safer, such as a first-aid kit, travel guide, etc.
Once you have your Camping Trip Memo completely filled out, click the “File” button at the top of your screen and select the “Print” option from the proceeding drop-down menu.
