The settings page is where you can list the different options for interest and the main page is where you get to fine-tune the calculator and see the fruits of your labor. It’s as simple as that, just enter your information and let the calculator take care of the rest.
Using the Homeowner’s Loan Calculator
The first step, after clicking the link at the bottom of this page, is to start in the “Settings” tab below. As stated above, you will be able to choose different monthly payments plans. Even the smallest changes can produce drastic changes.
The next step will be to click over to the “Mortgage Loan Calculator” tab. At the top of this page, there will be tables where you have to enter your specific loan information, the spaces that are highlighted in white to be exact. The areas that are highlighted in gray and dark blue will be calculated for you.
The template will then provide you with the tax amount and PMI amount that you will end up spending, depending on the payment options you choose.
Finally, you can also look at the table at the bottom of the main page to see a month-by-month breakdown of all your payments for the entire length of your loan repayment period. Every variations or change you make can be seen here.
