Blood Pressure Spreadsheet Guide

After downloading the free template, you can start to see the general layout and begin to learn what you need to enter into the document.

The top of the template has all the information you need to enter. You will start by listing your name, date of birth, age, and your blood pressure information at the top of the screen.
Next, scroll down to the table, near the bottom of the template page. This is where you can enter your blood pressure information on a daily basis. There are four columns in total to enter this information into the table.

The first item in the table will be the date you tested you blood pressure. Next, you will enter your systolic measurement, then the diastolic reading, and finally your pulse (heartbeats per minute). Remember, you can receive this information from blood pressure machines located in most convenience and grocery stores.

When you want to look back on the previous month and see how you compare, you can view the rises and dips in your blood pressure in the graph to the right of the template. Using this information, you can start to make changes in your daily routine to keep improving your blood pressure levels.
